1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing, copying, or otherwise using CalfSystem AI SEO Agent ("Software"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.
2. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and payment of applicable fees, CalfSystem grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for your personal or internal business purposes.
- Free tier: Limited personal use, perpetual.
- Pro Lifetime ($999): Perpetual use, including updates within the current major version, for one user across devices owned or controlled by that user.
- Standard / Enterprise (monthly): Subscription-based, renewable monthly, non-cancelable mid-term except as required by law.
3. Lifetime License Scope
The "lifetime" designation refers to perpetual use of the Software, including feature updates within the current major version. Exception: if CalfSystem ceases operation for legally required reasons such as dissolution, the lifetime commitment no longer applies after such event. In that case we will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide data export tools.
4. Restrictions
You may not: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software; (b) rent, lease, or sublicense the Software; (c) remove or alter any proprietary notices; (d) use the Software to violate any applicable law or third-party right, including scraping PII or copyrighted content without authorization.
5. Payment and Renewal
Subscription plans (Standard, Enterprise) renew automatically at the then-current rate unless cancelled. You may cancel any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Pro Lifetime is a one-time payment and does not renew.
6. Refunds
Subject to applicable law, digital software is generally non-refundable once activated. We offer a 7-day no-questions-asked refund for new purchases that have not been actively used. EU consumers who have consented to immediate delivery waive the right of withdrawal. See our Refund Policy for details.
7. Data and Privacy
All SEO data, AI conversations, and crawler results are stored locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or process your business data. Software activation, payment, and update checks may transmit limited technical data. See our Privacy Policy.
8. Third-Party Components
The Software incorporates third-party open-source software (Python, Playwright, .NET, AI models) under their respective licenses. See our Open-source Notice for the full list.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT SEARCH ENGINE RANKINGS WILL IMPROVE.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CalfSystem BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE.
11. Termination
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. Your rights terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must cease use and destroy all copies of the Software.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, except where prohibited by applicable consumer protection law.
