1. Scope of Agreement
This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your installation and use of CalfSystem AI SEO Agent ("Software") provided by CalfSystem. By installing, activating, or using the Software, you accept this Agreement.
2. License Types
- Free: 1 site / 20 keywords / local AI (10/day) / 5 engines (3/day). Free tier.
- Pro Lifetime ($999): 10 sites / 500 keywords / local AI (200/day) / 13 online AI (200/day) / AI Agent 7-tool / Python plugin sandbox. Perpetual use including updates within the current major version.
- Standard ($79/mo): 3 sites / 100 keywords / 8 SEO checks / 3 cron jobs.
- Enterprise ($239/mo): Unlimited sites / keywords / AI / engines / white-label reports / API access / 7×24 CSM.
3. Lifetime License
The Pro Lifetime license grants perpetual use of the Software, including feature updates within the current major version. If CalfSystem ceases operation for legally required reasons (e.g. dissolution), this commitment ends; we will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide a data export utility and a transition window.
4. Device and User Limits
A single Pro Lifetime license is for use by one natural person on devices owned or controlled by that person. Multi-user or team-wide deployment requires Enterprise licensing.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Software to:
- Scrape personally identifiable information (PII) in violation of GDPR, PIPL, CCPA, or other privacy laws.
- Scrape paid or copyrighted content without authorization.
- Bypass website authentication, paywalls, or rate-limiting systems.
- Violate any target website's terms of service.
- Use the Software to build a competing product or to train competing AI models.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code (except as permitted by applicable law).
6. AI-Generated Content
You retain full ownership of AI-generated content (analysis, articles, suggestions) created using the Software. You are responsible for reviewing and ensuring compliance with applicable laws before publishing.
7. Updates and Changes
We may update the Software to add features, fix bugs, or improve security. Pro Lifetime users receive all updates at no additional cost. We reserve the right to discontinue features with 90 days' notice.
8. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your license if you breach this Agreement, with or without notice. Upon termination, you must cease use and uninstall the Software.
9. Disclaimer
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY. SEARCH ENGINE ALGORITHMS CHANGE FREQUENTLY; RANKINGS AND AUDIT RESULTS ARE BEST-EFFORT INDICATIONS, NOT GUARANTEES.
